Giveaways are a way we give back to the amazing community we have on OnlyDrams. We host monthly bottle giveaways of allocated bottles, usually Bourbon, funded in part by voluntary donations from our community that help keep OnlyDrams running.
You must be 21 years of age or older, and of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction of residence, to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of OnlyDrams, LLC are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter With the App
Follow these simple steps to join through the OnlyDrams app:
Open the OnlyDrams app and navigate to the Home tab
Tap the settings gear icon in the top right corner
Select "Manage Memberships"
Select "Continue"
Choose the payment option that best fits your budget
Tap "Subscribe & Pay"
Once your payment processes successfully, you'll receive your Elite membership, which grants access to premium features and automatic entry into our monthly giveaways.
Entering Without the App
You can also participate without downloading the app by visiting our Support OnlyDrams payment link. This will take you directly to our checkout page, where you can enter a donation amount. Each dollar donated equals one entry into the current monthly giveaway.
Additional Entries
If you're already an Elite member through the app, you can still purchase additional entries through the support link to boost your chances of winning. These extra tickets will be combined with your existing membership entries automatically.
Important Details
All winners must provide valid photo identification to complete the claim process. Monthly giveaways run from the first day of each month through the last day of the month.
Entry Period and Drawing
Each giveaway entry period begins on the first day of the month and ends on the last day of that same month at 11:59 PM Central Time. A winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the entry period within 1 business day after the period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Prize and Winner Verification
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that OnlyDrams reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
If selected as a winner, you will be notified by email and must respond within 7 days to claim your prize. To claim a prize, winners must:
Provide valid government-issued photo identification confirming they are 21 years of age or older
Confirm their eligibility and legal residence
Failure to provide required identification, or failure to meet the 21-and-older or residency eligibility requirements, will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected in the sole discretion of OnlyDrams.
Due to legal restrictions on the shipment of alcoholic beverages, prizes may only be shipped to eligible winners in states where such shipment is legally permitted, and may require fulfillment through a licensed retailer or shipping partner.
General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these official rules and the decisions of OnlyDrams, LLC, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway. OnlyDrams reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
