Having trouble logging in? Forgot your password? We’ve all been there. Here's how to reset or change your password.
Reset your password in the OnlyDrams app
Tap the Settings Cog ⚙️ in the top right corner of the home tab
Tap Account Settings
Tap the Password field
Enter your current password, then your new password twice
Tap Save
** If you do not know your current password please follow the steps below.
What to do if you don't know your current password
Tap Log in on the login screen
Tap Forgot Password?
Enter your email address
Tap Submit
You'll receive a password reset email if an account exists with that address.
Complete the reset
Open the email and tap Reset Your Password
Enter your new password twice
Tap Reset Password
You can now sign in with your new password.
What to do if you don't receive a password reset link
Emails are usually instant but in some circumstances may take a few minutes to reach your inbox.
If you're requested a password reset link more than once, make sure you're using the right email address. If you're not sure which email address you used, try searching your email inbox for previous emails from OnlyDrams. If you don't find any, you may need to try another email address.
